I Am Website Developer and Would Like to Get a Data Feed

To request a data feed, you must be an active SABOR MLS subscriber client. We only provide our data to vendors providing services to our SABOR MLS REALTOR® customers. Once you become a SABOR MLS subscriber client, you can schedule a meeting with the Data Services Manager. To request a link to her calendar, please email IDX@sabor.com.  In the meeting, the Data Services Manager will expect you to demonstrate how you plan on implementing the MLS data that you receive so SABOR MLS can determine the correct payload for your use.

Websites or software a vendor can show during the demo:

  1. A website built for another client that currently has integrated with another MLS’ data.
  2. A staging site that they are currently building for their client.
  3.  If it is for a Broker Back Office (BBO), the vendor will demonstrate the software and how they implement the data.
After you've had your demo and you are approved for a data license, the Data Services Manager will send you paperwork for you and your client to submit to IDX@sabor.com. There is a quarterly fee of $216.50 including tax, for the data.
