Auto-Populating MLS or Tax Data From a Previous Listing

Auto-Populating MLS or Tax Data From a Previous Listing

If you would like to save time when entering a listing that you previously listed, you can auto-populate from that previous listing. Most of the previous MLS data will populate on your draft, including the photos.

The only items you will need to add will be list price, a few fields on the Office/Sales page regarding your current listing agreement with the seller and a virtually staged question on the media page.

To use the auto-populating feature, on Step 3 of your draft, select either "Auto-Populate" from Tax & MLS data (Clone + Tax) or Auto-Populate from MLS Data (Clone).

Step 3: How do you want to enter Listing Data?

Select one of the options below:

 Auto-populate from Tax data

Auto-populate from Tax & MLS data (Clone + Tax)

 Auto-populate from MLS data (Clone)

 Auto-populate from CMA subject property

 Manually enter all listing data
