Can I List a Property That Hasn't Been Subdivided From a Larger Parcel?
In order to list a property in connectMLS™ that property must have it's own CAN # (Geographic ID). The only exception to this rule, is if it's Single Residential or New Construction.
If there is a tract of land or a large parcel that will be subdivided at the appraisal district, members often try to list the lots for sale before the parcel have been subdivided. We require for your property to be subdivided from the larger parcel before you enter it into connectMLS™.
