SABOR One Access Dashboard – FAQ

Welcome to the SABOR Single-Sign-On (SSO) Dashboard known as “One Access” powered by Solid Earth! Below is a list of frequently asked questions to help you navigate the launch and ongoing support of the dashboard.


GENERAL OVERVIEW 

What is the One Access Dashboard?
The Dashboard is a centralized, secure platform that gives SABOR members one-click access to all of their essential MLS tools and services in one place—streamlining workflows and eliminating multiple logins.

Why is SABOR launching this?
This tool enhances security, increases convenience for members – no more passwords, and provides data insights that help SABOR better support its membership. It also sets the foundation for future growth in tools and integrations.

ACCESS & LOGIN

How do members log in to the dashboard?
Members will log in using their SABOR Member Portal User Namer (or e-mail) credentials. A welcome email and link will be provided at launch, and support will be available if users have trouble logging in.

Will my existing username or password work?
The initial e-mail will walk you through creating new credentials for One Access.

Can users save login info or use FaceID/TouchID?
Yes. Modern browsers allow you to save credentials, and mobile devices support biometric login features. If your device does not support biometric authentication, a password can be created.

SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

Who do I contact if I have issues logging in?
SABOR's Member Services will be your first point of contact. They’re trained and ready to help troubleshoot common login and access issues. Contact: support@sabor.com 210-593-1206

What if a member can’t see one of their tools?
Access is based on permissions and subscription data.

Will there be downtime at dashboard launch?
Updates are handled with minimal disruption and are typically invisible to users. Planned maintenance notifications will be communicated in advance if needed.

Is the dashboard secure? 
Is the dashboard secure? Yes. The dashboard uses modern encryption and authentication protocols to protect user data and system access.

TRAINING & ROLLOUT

How do we get help after launch?
SABOR’s Member Service team is your first call. For any escalated technical issues, SABOR will coordinate with Solid Earth on your behalf.

Is the dashboard mobile friendly?
Yes. The dashboard is fully responsive and works seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
