How Do I Report a Non-MLS Subscriber as the Selling Agent on My Listing?

How Do I Report a Non-MLS Subscriber as the Selling Agent on My Listing?

The listing you have under contract was represented by a buyer’s agent from another city and you need to update the status to PENDING or SOLD. When you try to enter the buyer’s agent's license number or use the "Look Up the System Cannot Find the Individual" option. Why? connectMLS™ only has the license numbers/information from subscribers of our MLS. connectMLS™ will not have everyone who is licensed in Texas.

To override this required field, enter in a zero in the Selling/Buyer’s Agent ID field. The system will reflect this as "NON MLS Member "with "NON MLS Office."
