My Remarks Are "Text Truncated for Print," What Do I Do?
You have typed your public remarks and you are satisfied with the content, however, at the end it says, "text truncated for print" and you can't see the rest of your text. Why is this happening?
When we increased the character limit for the public remarks, the text became "truncated" when you view your listing under "My Listings/Transactions." In this view, the public remarks will always be truncated. To view your full remarks, you can either edit the listing and navigate to your "Remarks" section or you can enter the MLS # in your smart bar. Viewing the listing in your smart bar will pull up a One Page Agent Custom Report that will allow you to view the entire remarks field.
