Easily submit an offer directly through connectMLS™ using Offer Manager. Offer Manager provides assurance that the listing agent received the offer. As the buyer’s agent, you will receive instant notifications once they have reviewed the offer and if they accept or decline the offer.

To submit an offer on a property, click on the listing report. Fill out the details below, then click "Submit Offer." As quickly as that, you have submitted an offer for your client.

 

 

Offer Manager is not active on your listings by default. You need to manually adjust your preferences in ShowingTime to enable this feature to your listings.

To enable the Offer Manager feature on your listings, you can do so through your ShowingTime account. In the bottom left you will see your name, click on "Edit Pencil" to view your Profile. Under "Listing Agent -Offer Preferences," you can make your adjustments.
