What Websites Will My Listings Be Syndicated To?

Your listing has the potential to be syndicated to more than 750 websites through ListHub, a listing syndication provider. The syndication websites are chosen by your broker. With the broker’s SABOR MLS subscription, they have a free ListHub account where they can review the various sites' benefits and features. If you would like to know where your listings are syndicating to, please contact your broker for more information.

Here is a list of all the available publishers: https://www.listhub.com/publisher-list.html.

For Brokers:

If you are the broker of record for your brokerage and need access to set up your ListHub account, follow this link: https://app.listhub.com/accounts/registerbroker.action.

Three websites are not included in ListHub, they include REALTOR.com, Apartments.com and the Express-News. You would manage those syndications through your connectMLS™ account under Settings> Manage Office> Manage Syndication Dashboard. As the broker you can either opt in or out.
