What Is Broker Back Office (BBO)?

Many products using listing data are intended for broker/agent use only. These are commonly referred to as Broker Back Office (BBO) products and services.  SABOR MLS had separate licensing and feeds for BBO, as these products are not consumer-facing and would be exclusively used by a brokerage for their agents. Below are the available uses for the data feeds that we can accommodate. 
  1. Internal Brokerage Management Systems
  2. Customer Relationship Management and/or Transaction Management Systems 
  3. Agent and Firm Productivity Ranking Tools 
  4. Marketplace Statistical Analysis 
  5. Data Feed of Only Your Brokerage Listings
