What Can I Put in the Agent Remarks?
Agent Confidential Remarks are a great way to communicate anything to a buyer's agent, but not to a buyer or consumer. Agent remarks are not published to the public and have a 375-character limit. This section could include any special showing instructions, contact information, commission, bonus information, or even exclusive advertisements about concessions and the title company.
Items that should not be included in your Agent Remarks:
1. Any verbiage or phrasing that would allude to the commission is lower or negotiable than what is advertised on the listing.
2. While you can advertise a Bonus, your bonus cannot have any contingencies. Examples of contingencies are, "bonus if you close by X date, bonus if you use our preferred title company, bonus if you use my appraiser or home inspector."
