What Can I Put in the Agent Remarks?
Agent Confidential Remarks are a great way to communicate anything to a buyer's agent, but not to a buyer or consumer. Agent remarks are not published to the public and have a 375-character limit. This section could include any special showing instructions, contact information, or even exclusive advertisements about concessions and the title company.
Items that should not be included in your Agent Remarks:
1. Any verbiage or phrasing that would allude to a commission or bonus offering.
